Need your help and advice on my new D7100

From what I see and feel I think my camera is just fine and it looks like in low light the D7000 is indeed better,

I'm not buying it.

I shoot almost exclusively at night and generally shoot 200-400 ISO except when shooting action which is generally around 3200 ISO. So I wanted to see what my D7100 does at higher ISO. I broke out my D7100, cut off some lights in the hallway and cranked up the ISO.

All I did was trim the photos a little but other wise their almost full size and straight out of the camera. Photos may have some fuzzy/blur, I was too lazy to use a tripod.

Impressive results, I cropped my picture purposely to highlight the grain.
The picture still looks very usable in 6400 ISO

I was really shocked at how decent the 6400 ISO turned out.

Those look pretty consistent with the results I get from my D7100. Pretty decent up to ISO 6400 if it's exposed properly.

Update

Here are few more pictures I took in high ISO, results as you see are much better, I think what I need to do is be less jumpy and learn more about how to use my camera better, where are the strength and weaknesses are and improve my own photo skills.
All these pictures are not cropped
