I like #2, good composition with an interesting subject. #1 has an out of focus object running thru it that ruins it for me. #3 has the head of the bird at dead center, I would crop some from the right to move the head closer to the upper 1/3 position. (jmho)

I saw my first glossy Ibis last year. They are very cartoon like and really fun to watch. They are super shy. I'm hoping to get close this year..
