New born red admiral

I was not quite lucky enough to see this emerge from its crysalids but it had only climed a few cm away and the wings were still curled when we got to it. It was very docile and let me take some pics with the Sony 100m and the Minolta 3x-1x before it had a drink (we gave it some sugar water) and flew off. I couldnt get the red of the wings right either in post, poss because of a new laptop, they were a much nicer richer red in reality, or perhaps the laptop wont show the reds properly, so please excuse if they are over saturated here.
