It's underexposed, im having trouble seeing what the shot is actually of. I see monkeys face but can't make out the rest of the shot. IMO the vignetting adds nothing to the shot. Im also not a fan of watermarks but thats just me....

New to photography, just looking for some unbias opinions on my work... I get a lot of good feedback from people I know but I want the truth.

Sorry I think I was still uploading as you were replying. I appreciate the feedback. I do agree with you. This was one of my first playdates with my camera and I see how I didn't help with the editing.

The general idea around here is less is more when asking for c&c... No one is going to give you feedback on 11 completely different photos. I will say, im not a fan of the "overdose" of pp on a few of these photos...

#2, 5, 6 not digging the post processing. #2 has distracting background and selective coloring. #5 Looks like a bad HDR photo #6 skin is too smooth looks plastic

Not a fan of #4...the concept is cute but her skin looks creepy. Plus, you missed some of her natural skin color between her fingers.

way, way, way too much PPing in some attempt to make interesting pictures.
The PPing, thje logo and the saturation is all intrusive.

Lol so no one likes the PP. Got it. The logo thing isn't an issue to me.. only added for social networking purposes. This may be one of those things where you just wish you never would have asked!
I've only been shooting for about 6 months. I did a few things just practicing with family and then had a ton of good feedback and people wanting me to do their photos. I live in a small town so I guess I can chalk it up to these people just not knowing anything about photography...
I don't want to just be a good photographer in this small town though. I want more. This is really something I love and have a true passion for. I know I have a lot to learn, so I guess that's why I'm here.
Is there anything positive at all about any of these photos?

Lol... I had the hardest time getting them on here in the first place. It won't let me upload directly so I had to create a Flickr account and use that.

Same for me too. I have everyone telling what a great job I was doing and please take my picture, but then I got on here and you will be able to see what they mean. Learn from what people tell you, try not to take it too hard. You will see yourself getting better!

I really like #7 #9 #11! but the others just look like too much PP. It's ok, I do it all the time! lol
