Nice eye! there are 2 little white spots that would be easy to remove in post processing
and you cropped the corner of the eye a little bit too tight on the left side, a little bit too much space on the right side
Still a very nice shot, I love the reflection on the light in the eye.

Thank you for the critique, all. I hadn't really noticed the white light marks (I will take them out), as for the crop, I didn't really leave myself much room for that, it's almost full size.
