Hi guys,

My name is derek and I'm a beginner. Currently I do not own a camera, Had to sell my Canon XSI a while back. I'm looking currently at really getting back into photography and maybe switch my major from architecture to photography(maybe you can help me decide). I have a few pictures that I took with my XSI with the kit lens. Any C&C are appreciated I know none of them are the greatest but I only had the camera about a month and used it maybe once a week, One of the reasons at the time I sold it.

I would stick with architecture and keep photography as a hobby. From what I've read there really is no money in photography if you just "like taking pictures." Unless you're an amazing photog.

#1,2- Not very flattering at all and looks like a random not well thought out picture.
#3- Subject is dead center. "Rule of Thirds"
#5- Is my favorite out of the bunch.
