Hi, I am a new member from Australia. I am looking at a career in real estate photography. If anyone has any tips on how to get started that would be appreciated. Thanks.

Howdy and welcome! Can't really help on the real estate thing, since most of the photos over here are either done by the agent or the seller, very few listings ever use a pro to get the shots set up, unless it is a really high end place. First step for any kind of pro work, in my mind, is creating a portfolio to show prospective customers what they can expect.
