Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hello Everyone!

I am new to the photography group but have always loved photography. I started to find time taking pictures while I walk my dog daily. While it is not the most peaceful time for a delicate work, as I have to use the other hand keeping my dog leash on me so she doesn't run off, I sort of found the balance using an iPhone 15 Pro.

I am ready to invest in a Nikon beginner camera and embark on some journeys without walking my dog at the same time.

Please comment with your critics of my photos so i can learn different perspectives and improve.

Thank you!

Welcome to TPF.

I'm going to go against the grain here (you'll see I do that a lot) and suggest you wait a bit on that new camera purchase.

You already have an eye for subject, composition and exposure. What I suggest next is to continue to shoot with your phone. Take your time to focus on what you like to shoot images of and what your current camera (phone) is unable to do. Write these down and use them to inform your camera purchase.

The reason why I say this is you may find that there is a particular amount that you crop images, or you tend to shoot in a particular lighting situation etc. This could lead you to discovering that if you had a specific mm of lens, you wouldn't have to crop near as much or that you mostly wish you could shoot in low light and would benefit from a larger sensor and/or large aperture lens.

Having this info can aide you in purchasing the right camera and lens combo that will work for the way you shoot.

Keep up the good work.
