Picture on the left.
Which ornament is the main subject? Generally an image has one main center of interest where the eye can settle. If it has several, they need to be related in some way.
In this picture, my eye skips around.
If it is the Santa ornament, which would be natural and it draws the eye,you've cut his feet off and he should be higher in the frame.
When you look through the viewfinder, decide what is the most important part of the image and compose around that.
Picture on the right.
It is out of Focus, and there is way, way too much empty space.
