New 'mystery' film from Lomography

The clues look like it may be instant film, maybe in cyan and orange/magenta?? And something you can write on? Not sure but the latest clue flashing on their site has me intrigued.

Supposed to be announced later in the day there, middle of the night or early morning here, depending on when your day starts (or previous night ends).

Turns out to be NOT film but a new 'mystery' CAMERA... and it's a Kickstarter for a Diana that uses the Instax square film. I'd be more interested in something that uses The Impossible Project/Polaroid film.

So, another camera to use the Instax square? They just finished a Kickstarter for a new instant camera to use with that film. They are really milking this.

Hmm....I could have nabbed a few of these Fuji cameras in the thrift stores. Didn't think it was going to be a big deal. Should I rethink that?

im still waiting for new 40 series film so i can dig out my two polaroid electric eye 900 cameras.
really should just toss them out next time i find them. not likely to ever see the light of day again.

Want Instax film and cameras, come to Schiller's, we have a bunch of that stuff (still for sale, as in it don't move very fast off the shelves).

Seems like it Leo, I was expecting, ya know, something new! lol

I have one of the earlier Polaroids (before the Mio) that doesn't have a model name (it might be the 300?). It's fun occasionally but I haven't used the smaller sized Instax film much. My best friend has the wide, that's closer to Polaroid size. But since I have vintage cameras that use The Impossible Project/Polaroid film, I don't really need anymore.

I don't know Jason, but somebody somewhere has probably frankencammed one of those to use some current film. edit - Yep, they did... but for pack film (search YouTube). Or maybe try a pinhole one exposure on direct positive paper.
