I was able to get my granddaughter and my mom over today. I was able to get some more practice. Please let me know what ya think.

Oh so much better.
Good poses.
Good focus.
Lighting looks good.
Back drop not the best due to seams or creases.
Odd crop on your grandaughter, cutting her legs partially off. I still would've shot this in portrait orientation. But just watch cutting bits and pieces off of people.
Overall better than the last ones. :thumbup:

Thanks! .. I just need the practice! .. I really wish I would have shoot my granddaughter in portrait as well .. lol .. O well I will have more time tomorrow!! .. ..

The picture of my Mother, I moved her away from the backdrop about 4 feet .. so that really helped keep the background out of focus and unable to see the seams .. I will take note of that as well and when my kids come over I will be able to do the same ..

This are considerably better than your previous ones. Your granddaughter in portrait would be great with maybe a different pose. I'm sure it's hard to get her to stay still for very long though. The backdrop has a better DOF, but a little shallower still would probably be better.
