It lacks contrast, could use a saturation boost, sharpening pass, distortion correction, and the horizon straightened. It's a lot of work, you may as well bin it.

Do you have a title for this piece? It looks like Styrofoam, paint and letters vomited onto a canvas.

It looks like a mixed media mix-up. Not especially impressive. Fifty years ago it would have been radical and revolutionary, but today it's old hat and rudimentary.
