im totally in love with my non-vc version. its neat to see them coming out with this, but im not sure its really needed. i havent had an issue thus far, especially with it being 2.8 and shooting indoors with the only light coming through windows.

what i'd like to see is them putting the vc on their 70-200mm 2.8, adding a bit better auto focus, and keeping it priced lower than canon's 70-200mm 4L. then i'll be jumping for joy.

might be too much to ask for though...
