New Tamron 270 200

The new lens i recieved as an early christmas present for my Nikon D5000..it is the Tamron 18-270mm... i recieved it early so i can get a feel for it before the holidays and also check out if it works properly..... i think i already love it... it is very versatile in its options.. how do you think i am doing in my brand new pics......{ i will post them up in next post} anyone else have this lens... any tips would be appreciated..

What is a Tamron 270 200 ? if it's the one i think it is it's too slow to shoot indoors, shutter speed on these looks to slow

i am sorry i wrote it wrong.. 18-270mm is the correct lens ... what would you suggest for shutter speed?

i will Bram ... i just want to play around with the lens first on auto just to see if it is something i keep.. then after i will definitly fool around and know that if there needs to be improvement ... it is totally on my end.. which of course most of the time .. that is the problem,...
