New to Photgraphy. Question.

Bought a Canon Rebel and then found a used Zoom lens. Seller said he thought it fit Canon Cameras. Unfortunately it does not. How can I tell what Camera the lens will fit?

You have a canon rebel what? 350D, 300? What does the lens say on it? What brand?

That's defiantly a nikon mount, just compared it to my Tamron 90mm and its identical.

If you don't want it ill buy it off you

That doesn't happen to often really, being ripped off like that on eBay, but man, you gotta be really careful about these things, especially if it's a lens.

Hope you can sell it soon and/or retrieve your money somehow.
