New to photo from Hollywood...

Hi guys I'm really really new to the hobby of photography, I just got a Canon T3i, mainly cuz I want to take pictures of family and my reef-fish tank, I got a Macro lens for tanks shots, and I'm debating on getting a Sigma 30mm or the Tokina 11-16 for every day shots, what do you guys suggest me to get..?
Hopefully I'll learn some tips here.
