New to photography C&C needed!

Heya, i'm new to photography, decided to get a Rebel Xsi, have read plenty of stuff online mostly the basics, after roughly 2000 shots, here are some of my better ones, i'd like to see what people think i could improve.

Mainly i'm looking to improve my composition and editing abilities, so any help would be greatly appreciated, these are some of the ones i've PP the most so these are the ones i'm looking to get the most feedback from.

Welcome to the forum
1. Pretty good but my eyes are fighting between the sky and the road. Next time try to follow the Rule of Thirds.
2. Same as 1
3. Subject is smack in the middle, try also using the rule of thirds by putting the subject in either the left or right third. Also some white balance issues.
4. Good composition and I like how you show where the subject is moving (meaning the subject is not walking off the frame but into it)
