What font is that? What's size??? How many percent transparency did you use? Did you turn on the bold? What's the spacing between the letters? How many percent gray is that? And what are those random shades of colors around it? What a distraction!

i agree with the comments about random shades of colors, some clone stamping and spot healing will help out.
