Newbie PS question

I've been thinking about this a lot lately too...and what it comes down to, is that it's near impossible to make a bad picture, 'good' in photoshop. But, if you understand photoshop, which is hands down the best photo editing program available if you know how to use it, you can easily make a great photograph, amazing!
