Newbie's first flowers

I just bought a DSLR and here is my first attempt at flowers.
C&C please.

I like the first one for the background (the hint of other flowers) and the third for the angle and offset. You might want to check your white balance; the photos seem to have a yellow wash to them.

Nice work for your first time though!

Nice job! I like #1 best. #2 I think could be better if you filled the frame with the flower.

Thanks guys.
I took these shots inside with the flash on so that may explain the yellow wash?
Number 2 was as close as I could focus with my 18mm so I couldn't really fill the frame, but I might try cropping on photoshop.

Number 3 was meant to be a vertical shot btw.

The first one is my favorite. I would say shoot somewhere light enough that you don't need the flash and it'll be even better next time. The angles are nice.
