On a sober note there is a jacket tied around her waist, so the guy could not see her arse even if he was interested. Most probably he was attracted by the dog's attempt to run away to the beach.. Sorry to rain on your parade.. but I do not buy it. But I like the wall and the line of houses on the background

This is the the side of the harbour in St Ives Cornwall not a great beach but dogs are allowed the town has 5 beaches, and yes she had a nice arse/fanny (US only) and i would have a bash if not taken

It would be a funny "photo-documentary" if you had a good-looking woman constantly walk by an area where you had a camera set-up and took pictures of all the guys (probably 90% success-rate) staring at a girl's bottom (or top).

I once saw this program where a woman mounted a small video camera right above her butt and walked through a fairly crowded street...it was pretty amusing to see what us guys HAVE to do when a pretty girl walks by.
