Speculation without knowing rules, laws, and ordinances. For instance, in many areas, it's illegal to park on a bridge. Also, being in underwear could warrant a citation for indecent exposure. And, quite frankly, I personally wouldn't want to taunt the police with a shotgun, whether loaded or not... whether real or toy.

Then again, the things you shouldn't do can make pretty good photos.

Gutsy! But nice images. I like the last one the best. I imagine this guy as the one who dresses like this when a young suitor comes to take his daughter out.

In the future, you could probably even contact the local PD ahead of time and let them know you will be doing a photo shoot in public with a firearm and that way if someone calls on you, you won't meet the entire department in one large group.. We get calls like that every once in a while, and we just remind them the firearm needs to be unloaded, don't do anything threatening with it, and we suggest posting some sort of sign indicating it's a photo shoot. It's actually legal in many places to be in possession of a firearm so long as it's carried openly. But as always, check with your local jurisdiction

It isn't speculation. I addressed both the issues you bring up, if you read my post (parking on the bridge would be trespassing). Open carry of long arms is frequently discussed in Texas, and is clearly legal.
