This is Nick, we did some shooting around his school a few weeks ago. I appreciate your feedback on these... thanks!

Overall, these are all technically lacking in so many ways. Out of focus, distracting backgrounds, harsh sun.

For me, number 5 would have been awesome if you would have 1)had it in focus 2) removed the stuff from his pocket and 3) cropped a bit off the left side.

good call on the pockets, i'll definitely be more vigilant about that next time.
lighting isn't my forte yet, things will be better once i get the hang of this new camera.

Thanks for the comment about number #5 too... that was the one series that wasn't planned at all, we just happened to walk by that building and take a few shots.
