Do you have a lens filter that causes the light to "Star" or did you do that in post? Thanks

It's usually an effect from the aperture of the lens when it is a small opening to give a lot of DOF. They are called diffraction spikes. The number of spike indicates the number of aperture blades.

They would all look better if they were straightened.
