Took this photo while walking over a bridge down in the college town area of my city last night.
Quality is terrible due to the fact that I'm using a Kodak EasyShare C813 and have no way of manually adjusting exposure or anything else.. Edited for exposure and color vibrance using pixlr.com/editor/.
Mostly looking for CC & feedback regarding camera aiming and framing the shot.
