Nighttime white balance.

Daylight. After all, it is lit by the sun, isn't it?
 
Auto.
White Balance pre settings are warmer or cooler points on the white balance scale.
I always use Auto and if an adjustment is needed I use the eyedroppers in post.
Outdoors Auto is normally correct, except indoors there is often an eyedropper click on white adjustment needed.
