Nikon 55-300 f/4.5-5.6 vs. 70-300 f/4.5-5.6

MagicMan0027 - The 70-300vr is better build and faster AF than the 55-300vr. The advantage of the 55-300vr is $100 cheaper and about a 1/3rd smaller in size & weight. For sports and price not that much of an issue would opt for the 70-300vr for it's faster AF which is more critical for sports.
