Nikon 70-300mm lens

What does everyone think of this lens? Does anyone have a used (or new) one for sale?

I have the 70-300mm D lens. There is also the G lens. The G lens is about $150 where the D lens is about $300. The G lens is very cheap. Nikon now includes it as a kit lens with the N75.

The D lens is much better lens in terms of quality. It has at least one ED glass element in it and has a much better feel to it.

This lens is not as good as say the 80-200mm f/2.8, however for $300 I think its a good lens to have in your bag.
