Unable to quote without details of where its going, 'and no a Zip code does not cut it' to get an accurate quote you need lots more info than that!
I got a quote of $150 from the Royal Mail insured to £1000 but thats unlikely to float most peoples boat. UPS starts from £26 but that's with no details of value etc so not very helpful.

Hope you sell this Nick, the 70-200 f2.8 I bought off you is still sweet as. I bought an 85mm f1.4 g only a few months back otherwise I'd bite your hand off for this!
