Nikon Canada is seriously the best! I order yesterday around 1000h my new 50mm 1.4G and I received it today at noon! I don't need to leave my home to go to the camera shop anymore!! Especially that buying from Nikon Canada directly made me save close to 200$!!
It's my first very fast lens. I played with it quickly (I got to work, but I want to play with my new toy!! Life is unfair!) and took few shots of my little work buddy to see how narrow a narrow DOF can be with one of those bad boy!
It's nothing artistic, but it gives me an idea of how narrow it is. I feel like I'll stop it down a little bit most of the time.
