Nikon / Pentax getting cameras from same outside supplier??

Check out the Nikon P90 and the Pentax X70. With the exception of the tilt screen on the Nikon they are extremely simmilar!!!

If not from same manufacturer, they were doing some serious spying on each other. There are differences in some buttons and such. But the 2 basic bodies and main controls are very similar!
