I know the d80,200 and 300 all fire the sb-600 and 800 speedlights by the pop up flash is this what is used to get rid of the popup firing the sb-600 and 800s and will this allow a d50 to fire the sb-600 and 800. Has anyone used this what are the pros and cons to the commander?
