 Sorry for so many...I thought they came out well and had a hard time narrowing it down.

Oh and here's my lighting set-up. :blushing: Laugh if you must, but it works.

Yes, it's a t-shirt over a chair with a booster seat. If you have a baby this age you know that it won't sit still and smile voluntarily. :D

Great idea. Thanks for sharing. I have a 10 month old and there's NO sitting still for anything anymore.

Nice photos. Were the eyes worked on i see 2 different colors throughout the pics green and blue. Great idea with the setup goes to show that you dont have to a fancy studio to get great shots, just makes it easier.

Eye color wasn't changed intentionally. The ones that are greenish grey were indoors and the bluer ones were outdoors, reflecting the blue sky. Her true color is closer to the indoor color, which is a blue-grey.

If you can move your subject away from the background a little more it makes the dept of feild alot better and makes the image not so flat. Does that make sense.....Like hang a sheet on the wall and then sit her 3-4 feet from the wall or even just 2 feet if you can. very cute! i really like the eye lashes VERY CUTE!

Thanks. This kid's a serious mover, so if she's not strapped down, sleeping, or otherwise caged, she's off and all I get is her hind end, hence the set-up. I have actually considered putting her in a box, though, for the reasons you state, and just cropping it out.

That blue background is my 3yo's "lovey" blanket, so it's not very big...it was just handy. These were taken with about 30 seconds of forethought, though....I'll plan better next time.

Well, heck - since people are looking, here's a couple more.

Technically uninteresting, but funny nonetheless:
