This is an interesting catch. At first I didn't get it, but yeah, well noticed, basically you can call it a street photography (with some landscape aspects 
). The compo is a little mess, especially with this hand rail right in the front and after all I don't think this dual theme doesn't work that well together, one is distracting the other making the picture very busy. Maybe you can find different angle on that building next time you there.
