No Lake but what a sight

Was in Yosemite Park and had walked a path to see Mirror Lake. It was summer and the lake was dried up but the scenery was awesome all the same. Enjoy. c/c welcome.

Nice first post. I remember that too...the look of dissappointment when there was nothing but a tiny puddle there...ha ha.

Yes, I believe Yosemite is always impressive, whether WITH this lake or without. Your photo shows it.

The Lake is only there in the Spring following the winter snow thaw. We were there in Aug. hot, hot, hot and were suprised to find the lake not there. It was our first visit.
