I like it, I think I might like to see the rest of the bottom branch, it seems just a bit cut off. Would be interesting to play around a little with the framing. The darkest part looks a little more charcoal than black so I might tinker with the adjustment a little. I like it too with a black background since it's gray sky on one side.

I have to agree about the framing, that bottom branch is also an issue for me, but overall its a great shot.
