Not bad. I know there's not much you could have done about it, but try to keep only your subject in the frame. That other (duck?) above takes a little bit away from the photo.

True enough: the reflection is quite a bit distracting.
But at first I went like "What? Slaphead a 'noob'? That's not true, he is not!"
Then I saw what "batch" you were talking about and who is supposed to be the "new kid on the block", as it were .
The whites on its throat are just about to be be blown...
