Got a couple of shots here recently in my area of the Grey Ghost. Its amazing watching them hunt, swooping in and out of the tall grass lands and going in and out of the sun. Awesome Apex predators. was able to capture both Male and Female in mid flight.

Very nice captures, No.2 is an interesting angle of the bird.

Really impressive shots. Great focus. I aspire to being able to get these kinds of shots.

#6 and #3 for me. I agree, nice sharp images. What gear are you using?

Thank you Pete!

i am using the Nikon Z9 and the Nikon Z800mm f/6.3 S lens. both coupled together is like cheating, the new Z800mm is phenomenal and can shoot handheld no issues.

Thank you everyone for the kind words! i usually shoot portraiture photography since i started and recently got into wildlife 5 years ago, and it has been an awesome experience. its exciting to head out and see what you can capture..figure out the species, edit the images and see the final product. Encourages you to go out and explore
