I love the high-tech feeder design!!! What is that, a garlic sack? Shallot bag? Whatever it is, it looks like it makes a pretty good feeder for the birdies, and has built-in gripping surfaces--hundreds of them!

The meat department of our local supermarket make these up from suet & seeds & sell them for the price of steak.

You can probably make it out of the Loofa nets and bird seeds. Maybe... Haven't tried it.

The last one is my favorite.
