Not Printing the Entire Picture- Please Help!

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to print a jpeg but only part of the image prints out. Specifically: I tried to print an image in 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 8.5x11 but every time the image that is generated is a slightly blown up section of the photo. I've tried different printers, different printing programs and numerous variations of settings on all but to no avail. I imagine it must be something with the computer. Any suggestions?

Computer: inspiron 1521 (upgraded from 1-4 gig memory, and Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate)
jpeg is 2560x1920 72dpi (I need to change this to 300, right? Not sure if the file needs converted or if changing the print setting is sufficient)
