Selling prints-- do you stick to standard sizes / aspect ratios?

I cut my own mats with a mat machine. It's easy. I try to make a the mat a standard frame size, the window is custom to the crop of the image cropped for best crop, not some arbitrary or traditional number. I too shoot lose. Folks complain about the Pentax 645N film camera having a 92% viewfinder... it just helps shoot loose and have room for crops.
