Looks okay to me - you could call it an intimate cityscape, just as there are some landscapes that are often referred to as "intimate landscapes". My only comment is that the image looks over sharpened at this size and maybe I need to recalibrate my monitor (?).

I think it could use a little more contrast, but unfortunately over exposure caused you to lose all detail along the roof line

You tried something interesting to deal with the overexposed sky, but for that to work I think you'd have to do the same in the archways.

I really like the scene, and the photo! But like what was said above, the is overexposed, you should go back and retake it if you can!
There is a scene I messed up bad, and I am going back in a few weeks to retake it.

I would call this an architectural shot, not a cityscape.
