Nothing Like Being a Celebrity

My two younger brothers play a lot of sports, and I love taking pictures of the events when I can. Last night I went to my brother's first basketball game of the season and toted my 20D with 70-200mm lens along. I set up under his teams basket and was snapping away. About 10 parents came over to me and admired my camera lens. I felt like a celebrity. Haha, amazing what a $1k lens can do for the ego.

Know what you mean....it's almost embarassing, wish you could get the Canon "L" lenses in all black so they wouldn't stand out so much.
