Was walking around snapping some shots (trying to get good at Street) and lo and behold, there was a suspect holed up in a building. Of course I only had my 35mm prime lens, so I was pretty much useless since I couldn't get anywhere near the building. Snapped a few around the perimeter, so critique is welcome.

I like the last one the most, just for the positioning of the figures. It does not tell much of a story, yet it's still enjoyable to look at for a few moments.

Thanks, Derrel. Light Guru, they had the block cordoned off and ESU (NYPD's version of SWAT) already had a team inside by the time I showed up, but I was way across the street and with my 35mm lens, I couldn't get any decent shots.

They brought the guy out without incident, but again, all that was across the street where us bystanders were kept far away from. It certainly didn't turn into the heist scene at the end "The Town." In that sense it was pretty unexciting.

I like 1 and 2 the most.Nice job and IMO the B&W works.

Cool shots, I enjoy #2 a lot.
