Umbrella on #1? Looks good, nice light. Could use a half stop more brightness imo though. The toys make for a somewhat distracting background (especially because they're brightly colored).

#3 is cool and kinda abstract. It looks good to me.

#2's not really doing anything for me and #4 only makes me think 'hey pretty red light from the stoplight'

I like #3 a lot! Great job! In #1, I agree the toy is distracting as the little boy's face is so adorable. I like #2 but I feel like half of it has been chopped so I am looking for the rest of the picture, if you know what I mean. #4 is kind of blah but what is that white line across the picture in the background?

thanks. in 4, the white line you see is a car driving through the shot. it was like a 20 sec exposure or so.

Gotcha - I was wondering if it was something like a car going through. That makes it better to me and maybe if that could have been conveyed better through the picture (not quite sure how), that would ramp it up some.
