I invite you to check out these two wonderful recipes I invented a few months ago. They are still a work in progress, so if you try them, let me know if you doctored them so I can adjust.

I forgot to put on the pages that the meatloaf makes 1-4 servings (that depends what you call a serving...Ferny and I would probably say it's 1 serving, th more health conscious would say 4. Realistically, I get about 2 or 3). The potatoes are 2 servings.

You know, I think I'd reather be compared to Jamie Oliver (at least he's a hottie...and his wife is a WAY HOTTIE!!!)
 
the english chefs are the best. I watch ( and my dad and bro watch) Food Network practically 24/7. Jamie Oliver is one of my favourites, and the guy who hosts Good Eats. what was his name...

If I could make one suggestion on the potatoes is to specify fresh or dried rosemary. And if at all possible, use fresh, the sweetness it brings out after roasting is amazing. The recipe sounds good.:thumbup:
 
YA alton brown! His show is the only one that is scientific and I love it! And Jocose, maybe next weekend I'll make your recipe! I'm a good food critic and an expert at adding spices and seasoning ;)
 
Just to prove to ClarinetJWD that martha Stewart I am not, I need to let y'all know that I forgot an ingrediant...1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
