NYC pictures - C&C?

Love the first 3.

4 is a little hard to decipher what you are looking at. Possibly go with a greater depth of field

5 just doesn't do it for me.

6+7 aren't anything NY. 7 is funny though

4 is a little hard to decipher what you are looking at. Possibly go with a greater depth of field I disagree. This is my favorite. The water being the POF is off center and makes the eye look for other interesting points in the picture, the colors.

5 just doesn't do it for me. Frame well. The whole NYPD theme works.


6+7 aren't anything NY. 7 is funny though#6 is ok but you cropped the subject at a joint, his elbow.

I don't do a whole lot, but for most of my NYC pictures i turned up the midrange contrast and saturation because the city is so colorful and alive at night. I edited brightness/contrast/exposure here and there but I don't want them to look super shopped.

Most of the night time pictures were at ISO 200 and the cityscape and Brooklyn Bridge pictures were a 20 second exposure.
