OCF for weddings?

I use multiple flashes together: 2 Canon 580's & 2 Canon 430's
Direct, bounced, or diffused...
This is usually for posed images only.

There are lots of implications to using off camera setup during in the moment shots such as the dances or tosses. Mainly set up time & safety - tripods can trip people...

How do you use those multiple flashes "together"? Do you mean putting them together and firing them from the same spot for more power, or by using each flash in a different position?

Since there are so many implications to using OCF during the reception does that mean you use a speedlight on camera? Do you rely on bouncing or any special diffusers you really like?
