Built in the 1300's to replace the central tower of Ely Cathedral that collapsed in a storm.
Cantilevered in from one arch back from the original tower using eight oaks - even at the top big enough to be hollowed for an internal ladder to access the roof - absolutely amazing to stand in the centre.
