Rare and old? Some sort of fluids wagon. It was old looking at it up close.

Nice collection. The "fluids wagon" is actually a water wagon (If I had to guess, I would say, 'Case') for a steam traction engine. A two-horse team would move this between the engine and the nearest river/lake/pond/well, allowing the engine to replenish its feedwater tanks without leaving the field.

Than you for that explanation. I stumbled across it, probably walked by it 20 times and wanted to ask someone about it when I actually noticed it, of course no one around. I get to to involved talking to people and loose focus. That makes perfect sense. I am surprised my sons eyes didn't get stuck looking up into his brain.
